I am in such a mystery rush. I got some new episodes of Detective Conan, and I was afraid that it was losing its touch since I was able to easily solve three of them in row, but after an hour special stumped me, I wanted to get more. I have respect for people who can completely stump me in riddles and mysteries.
This time, the title isn't based on a real case, but it is based on a little rock in England, called the Weeping Boulder. The chunk of rock seems to percipitate time to time. Out of nowhere, water droplets form on it, as if it's sweating, or in this case, weeping.
Unlike the Inu pic before, I had more respect for the show to change its art style. It's a bit hard to do such a drastic change so quickly, but it is interesting. I get nervous because Kid looks like Kaworu from Eva.
My main problem with the CG here is Conan. His face looks too 3D on a 2D plane. The shading on his face is all wrong.
I also wanted to do a checkered background. I suppose this'll have to do.
This is dedicated to all the Conan clubs I'm in and I'm submitting this in a Shinichi&Conan contest. I hope it's accepted, since really, they're not interacting.
Hee... this picture is very very nice; the composition and the layout of this picture really create this sense of thrill and mystery. I love how KID looks so confident with his head up, it's as if he's challenging Shinichi/Conan to solve the case whilst Shinchi/Conan's face looks so determined and focused (And the emphasis on the red ruby by putting it as the central focus is great).
Umm... I suppose thee artwork may need a bit more shading as it lacks a bit - adding more tone that defines the shape of the objects (for example, curve and sphereical for the face, etc) will add more dimension to the picture. At the moment, the picture looks a little bit flat due to the lack of defining shading. I apologize id I offended you with my comment but then again, this picture is quite nice
I'd like to show you some awesome nature related work from more or less unknown artists which deserve more attention - this is a must see, you won't regret it!!!
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
I'm a lover of visual impacts. I like brilliant colors and shapes. And I decided to collect a whole stack of deviations that reflect that taste. These pieces showcased below deserve every bit of publicity you can give them. x)P
