"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

You are also representing to us that, among other things, you have the right to allow us to so use the materials and are agreeing, among other things, to cover the costs of our defense if someone claims that we do not have the right to so use the materials (or that you do not have the right to allow us to so use the materials). I really didnt need to justify my actions here, but to be quite honest. Im not going to give a company that does anything and everything to make a buck yet another way to make a buck off me.
Theres good buisness that is ruthless, and bad buisness that is ruthless.
From what I've seen, things that go far beyond this agreement. Its bad buisness.
now i have the same opinion, from now on, i should take my drawings, leaving just the fanart our (mayby) some drawings that i don't care.
